The gentlemen of the UCM Delta Chi chapter attended the Regional Leadership Academy in Kansas City this weekend. Our “A” | President Tristan Satterlee worked with other chapter presidents in Regions 4 and 5 at the A’s Academy to develop leadership skills, promote chapter growth, and exchange ideas with other presidents. Our Dale Carnegie Scholar, Walker Aldrige, also attended the Dale Carnegie Leadership Academy and gained valuable leadership and mentoring skills that can be shared with the rest of the chapter at future workshops. All of the Executive Board members of the UCM Delta Chi chapter learned valuable skills to promote growth in our chapter as both brothers and individuals.

As well as all of the above mentioned, Dale Carnegie Trainer Tri Pham was activated as a member of our chapter for his continued dedication to the Delta Chi Fraternity.

Overall, RLA 2024 was a great success and we are looking towards a bright future!
